On April 19th, 1943, the Swiss Dr. Albert Hofmann intentionally ingested 250 micrograms of LSD. This day is now known as "Bicycle Day", because after starting to feel the effects of the drug he rode home on a bike, and that became the first intentional acid trip.
"... little by little I could begin to enjoy the unprecedented colors and plays of shapes that persisted behind my closed eyes. Kaleidoscopic, fantastic images surged in on me, alternating, variegated, opening and then closing themselves in circles and spirals, exploding in coloured fountains, rearranging and hybridizing themselves in constant flux ..." - Dr. Albert Hofmann
This night we will celebrate the 71th anniversary of that day with all the goodness Psy-Trance has to offer. Let's honour Dr. Hofmann's discovery with an outstanding party!

Vanaf Bergum/Hardegarijp, binnenkomst Leeuwarden via Groningerstraatweg.
- Bij de stoplichten gaat u naar links. De eerste rotonde "Vrijheidsplein" gaat u richting Centrum, weg volgen.
- Bij de tweede minirotonde (Groningerstraatweg - Hoeksterend) gaat u rechtdoor en de daaropvolgende minirotonde (Hoeksterend - Noorderweg) neemt u driekwart.
- Direct hierop volgende straat rechts, nu bevindt u zich op de Voorstreek.
- Vervolgens vierde afslag rechts (Minnememastraat).
- Eerste afslag links, nu bevindt u zich in de Poststraat na 50 mtr ziet u aan de rechterkant Muziekcafe de Gloppe.
Vanaf Harlingen, binnenkomst Leeuwarden via het Europaplein.
- Op de rotonde “Europaplein” richting Centrum. U bevindt zich nu op de Harlingerstraatweg. Bij de volgende minirotonde (midden op de rotonde staat een standbeeld van een koe "Us Mem") eerste afslag rechts.
- Bij de daaropvolgende minirotonde gaat u rechtdoor (tweede afslag).
- Weg volgen, volgende rotonde tweede afslag nemen, weg vervolgen, deze maakt een bocht naar rechts (aan uw rechterhand staat een scheve toren "De Oldehove").
- Bij de volgende minirotonde (Groene Weg - Noorderweg) eerste afslag nemen.
- De daarop volgende minirotonde (Noorderweg - Hoeksterend) weer de eerste afslag nemen.
- Direct hierop volgende straat rechts, nu bevindt u zich op de Voorstreek.
- Vervolgens vierde afslag rechts (Minnememastraat).
- Eerste afslag links, nu bevindt u zich in de Poststraat na 50 mtr ziet u aan de rechterkant Muziekcafe de Gloppe.
Vanaf Heerenveen, binnenkomst Leeuwarden over de Harinxmabrug.
- Bij de stoplichten rechts "Oostergoplein". Direct hierop volgende stoplichten links Oostergoweg blijven volgen.
- Over de spoorwegovergang met de weg mee naar links.
- Bij de eerste stoplichten rechtsaf. Deze weg volgen en met de weg mee naar links.
- Rechtdoor de Tweebaksmarkt op en uitrijden.
- Bij de gracht linksaf.
- De volgende gracht over en weer linksaf, nu bevindt u zich op de Voorstreek.
- Vervolgens derde afslag rechts (Minnememastraat).
- Eerste afslag links, nu bevindt u zich in de Poststraat na 50 mtr ziet u aan de rechterkant Muziekcafe de Gloppe.
